Then, our onboarding team will clean, structure, and ingest all your data to set up your project.

Sometimes, not all data is available at once, but that’s all good! Property Shell will set up your projects as the data becomes available. We might need to have more than one meeting through this process to ensure we’re maximising all available data.

Some sources, like Meta, Domain, Microsoft 365, and G Suite, can be connected in 30 seconds by users with login credentials. Other lead sources, like project websites, can take our implementation team up to a week to connect and requires coordination with your web developer.

Purchaser Journey

Timeframe: 4 Weeks

Use Property Shell’s in-built template builder or work with a designer/marketing agency to create templates which will be used as autoresponders, or in automated marketing cadences.

However, Property Shell also offers a comprehensive suite of out-of-the-box templates. These templates are designed to cover a wide range of reporting needs and will likely meet 99% of your requirements right from the start.

Customisation and Flexibility

One of the standout features of Property Shell is its flexibility and customisability. During our initial setup, we typically schedule a session to discuss your specific reporting needs and demonstrate the system’s capabilities. This session is crucial as it helps us understand your unique requirements and show you how to make the most of the available templates.

Once we have established a few central reports, you will find that many other reports can be easily generated using the existing templates. This empowers you to create and customise reports as needed, without having to start from scratch each time.

Training

Timeframe: Ongoing

We offer ongoing training, with more frequency in the first 2 months. We cater to different teams, including Sales, Marketing, Admin, Development, Finance, Legal and Channels. For example, we’ll show your sales team how to manage leads and help your marketing team navigate reporting and understand lead sources and referrers.
