Feature Update: New Agent Activity Report

We’re excited to introduce a new template in our reporting suite: the Agent Activity Report. This powerful tool provides comprehensive metrics on salespeople’s interactions with leads, offering valuable insights into your team’s performance and lead management.

Detailed Lead Life Cycle Metrics

The Agent Activity Report covers the entire lead life cycle, from initial enquiries to final sales. It tracks:

  • Number of enquiries
  • Number of leads
  • Number of connected leads
  • Number of inspection appointments
  • Number of reservations and sales

Each stage is quantified, providing percentages for categories such as the percentage of leads connected or the percentage of leads who booked an inspection. This allows you to identify patterns and understand how enquiries progress through to bookings, reservations, and sales.

In-Depth Agent Activity Metrics

The report also delves into the day-to-day activities of your agents, showing the number of calls, emails, and SMS messages each salesperson makes. Additionally, it highlights the number of leads each agent connects with, offering insights into their effectiveness.
