Common questions about pricing
Still have questions? Our team is here to help you find all the answers!
How is Property Shell priced?
Property Shell is priced on a monthly basis, with pricing shaped by the plan level, the capabilities you need, and the size and requirements of your business or project. For some teams, that means starting with core CRM and project operations. For others, it includes automation, trust accounting, advanced integrations, support, data migration, or enterprise requirements. The right price depends on your workflow, rollout scope, and operational needs — so we recommend a quick conversation to give you a clear fit and accurate quote.
Are there any setup fees or one-off costs?
No — we do not charge setup fees. We back ourselves in the quality of the platform and in building long-term partnerships with serious clients. Our focus is on delivering lasting value, not adding unnecessary upfront costs. Where there are any additional costs, they would only relate to clearly scoped items such as data migration, custom integrations, or tailored implementation work, and these would always be discussed upfront.
Are implementation and onboarding included, or priced separately?
Every plan includes basic onboarding and training. Higher-tier plans include more support around rollout, and Enterprise includes dedicated onboarding and implementation. Where a business needs more hands-on setup, migration, or custom implementation support, that may be scoped separately depending on requirements.
Do you offer custom pricing for larger teams or enterprise groups?
Yes. Enterprise is designed for larger or more complex businesses that need custom integrations, SSO, SLA-backed support, dedicated implementation, or tailored migration support. If your team spans multiple entities, brands, projects, or operating requirements, we can scope a pricing structure around that.
Can I start on one plan and upgrade later?
Yes. Many teams start with the capability they need today and expand over time. You can move up as your projects grow, your processes mature, or you want access to more advanced features, support, or automation.
Can I add modules or features without moving to a new plan?
In some cases, yes. Some capabilities may be available as optional add-ons or as part of a tailored commercial structure, while others sit within specific plans because of the level of functionality or support involved. We can walk you through the cleanest option based on what you actually need.
Can we roll out in stages?
Yes, and we often adopt this approach with you. This might mean starting with your core operational requirements and expanding into automation, integrations, advanced reporting, or other modules later, or implementing on a project by project basis. This is often the best approach for larger teams or businesses managing multiple projects.
What’s not included in the monthly fee?
That depends on the plan and the scope of your setup. Items that may sit outside the monthly software fee include SMS usage, higher email contact volumes, advanced data migration, custom integrations, dedicated implementation work, and other tailored enterprise requirements. We’ll make that clear as part of the quoting process so there are no surprises.
Is support included in every plan?
Yes. Every plan includes support, but the level of support changes by tier. Essential includes core email support, Performance adds email, phone, and online meetings, Advanced includes a dedicated account manager, and Enterprise adds SLA-backed support.
Is there a free trial?
We don’t offer a self-serve free trial. Property Shell is typically configured around your team, workflow, and project requirements, so a tailored demo is a more useful way to assess fit. We’ll show you the plans, features, and rollout approach that make sense for your business.
