Previously, automated messages were sent from a Property Shell-generated number, meaning leads often received messages from one number and spoke to their agent on another. With this update, all automated SMS communications appear to come from the agent's own connected mobile number, allowing every conversation to stay within a single message thread for a more personal and consistent experience.
While leads will see all messages coming from the same number, agents should note that these automated messages won't appear within their phone's native SMS conversation. The unified message thread is designed for the lead's experience, while Property Shell continues to manage and log automation activity in the background.
